GMI Overview

Over the past 10 years GM International have sponsored sports teams, such as the; Junior Ladies Eagles Hockey Team, Rhythmic Gymnastics, Bavaria Cricket Team and always kept to that commitment. We also sponsor Miss Gibraltar contestants and other events which are generally very oriented towards supporting the community and giving something back.

Our Team

Jeanine Goldwin

Managing Director

Founder and Managing Director, Jeanine started the company back in 2005. She mainly deals with the rental department within the business together with the financial side of the company. Jeanine also liaises with most of our high net worth individuals who are looking to relocate to Gibraltar. She is always the hardest worker in the room and highly considered as the ‘Rental Queen’. Her favourite phrase is “No Problem” always making every challenge possible!

Jeanine is a very down to earth and easy going person; she enjoys her power walks, piloxing, spending time with her children and enjoys travelling.

Vanessa Palmero Haywood

Managing Director

After a short pause in her professional career to become a full time mum Vanessa joined GM International in 2006. As Managing Director, Vanessa leads the sales department and assists Pia with the very challenging daily management issues. Vanessa loves the advertising side of the business and is always aware of the importance to advertising. She also takes a personal interest in giving back to the community by means of sponsorship. She believes that competition is very tough in this business and strongly believes in getting the company name and reputation out there, promoting and selling the brand to its full potential.
Vanessa is a peoples person, friendly and approachable, however loves her time alone and especially enjoys her walks with her fury best -friend Sammy. She loves fine-dining, fine arts and life in general.

Pia Alvarez

Property Management Administrator

Pia is our Property Management Administrator. She greatly monitors and inspects houses, taking accountability into the condition of all our properties. She promotes our management services always involving one to one relationships and creating bonds with property owners or tenants. She loves following her kids around on their sporting ventures, and she enjoys taking her dog out for long walks and in general spending time with family and friends.

Danielle Alman

Office Manager

Danielle or ‘Dani’ as we call her is a very valued and loved member of staff. She has been with the company for 5 years. She manages everything that goes on in the office. From secretary to receptionist duties to making sure that she keeps her seniors and colleagues focused in their demanding responsibilities. She preserves all the office responsibilities to a high standard, keeps diaries organised and greets all our clients with a very friendly smile. She is very hardworking and ethically driven individual and makes it her task to make sure that all the right paper work is up to date and in the correct formats.
Dani is a discreet but a very proactive member of staff and enjoys a healthy pro fitness life-style. She enjoys piloxing, she likes to travel and leads a very tranquil lifestyle.
